Syvota Islands and Historical Caves
First, our journey takes us to the Syvota Islands, a captivating cluster of islets set against lush, green landscapes and surrounded by sapphire-blue waters. Known as the “Caribbean of Greece,” Syvota’s coves and beaches are famous for their tranquillity and beauty. Here, you can swim, snorkel, or simply relax in the pristine waters of Bella Vraka Beach, accessible only by boat and known for its clear, shallow waters that are perfect for families. Here, we also sail into the impressive cave of Syvota, which served as a hidden refuge for the Greek submarine Papanikolis during World War II. These islands also bear the history of the famous naval battle between the Corfiots and Corinthians in 432 B.C., with sunken vessels still resting beneath the waves.
Blue Lagoon Bay
A highlight of the cruise, Blue Lagoon Bay is a stunning natural pool with crystal-clear, turquoise waters. According to legend, this bay served as a haven for Arabian pirates during the Middle Ages. Drop anchor close to the beach to enjoy a swim or snorkel in its warm, inviting waters surrounded by lush, exotic scenery.
Mon Repos and Kanoni Peninsula
As we continue north, our journey then takes us to Corfu Island, where you’ll catch sight of the Kanoni Peninsula and the stately Mon Repos Palace. Built in the early 19th century, this impressive villa is renowned as the birthplace of Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh. The Kanoni area is also home to Corfu’s iconic Mouse Island (Pontikonisi), a small, picturesque islet that’s perfect for photography.
Vido Island
Before reaching Corfu Town, we pass by Vido Island, a green oasis just off Corfu’s coast. This small island is known for its natural beauty, walking trails, and unique role as a World War I memorial site.

Finally, we arrive at the historic Corfu Town, a UNESCO World Heritage site with Venetian, French, and British influences. The town is guarded by two impressive Venetian fortresses and features a charming blend of narrow alleys, elegant arcades, and picturesque squares. Here, you’ll have time to explore landmarks like Garitsa Bay and the ancient fortresses, or simply wander the streets lined with cafés, shops, and cultural gems.
