Scenic Route to Syvota
As we cruise towards the Sivota Islands from our Karavostasi Beach base, we’ll pass by several beautiful locations and beaches that are definitely worth discovering. One of our first stops is Agia Paraskevi Beach in Perdika, a pebbled paradise nestled among lush greenery. Just before reaching Agia Paraskevi, you’ll encounter Kamini, a picturesque cove with refreshing crystal-clear waters. Next, we visit Mega Drafi, a unique beach divided into three distinct sections, where soft sand meets the stunning blue sea. The first part is accessible by a dirt road and features organised amenities. You can reach the second part either by a scenic path or a refreshing swim, while the third part is accessible only by boat. Nearby, Mega Ammos Beach and Mikri Ammos Beach offer more pebbled shores and turquoise waters, perfect for a refreshing dip in the summer sun.
Syvota Islands
Marvel at the striking beauty of the verdant islets of Mavro Oros, Ayios Nikolaos, and Bella Vraka, where pristine beaches and intimate coves blend the lush greenery of the Ionian coast with stunning blue waters, reminiscent of a Mediterranean fjord.
Blue Lagoon (Pisina Beach)
This stunning beach, located on the islet of Mourtos right across Sivota, is renowned for its crystal-clear, turquoise waters that give it the appearance of a natural swimming pool. Accessible only by boat, the Blue Lagoon is a must-visit, offering visitors the chance to experience the idyllic surroundings and swim in a totally exotic setting.
Bella Vraka Beach
A sandy beach that connects Sivota to the islet of Mourtemeno, Bella Vraka is unique for its shallow waters that allow you to walk directly through the sea to reach it. This charming beach is perfect for water sports and offers a variety of facilities, ensuring a delightful day at the sea.
